Prices

The prices indicated are with VAT included for sales within SPAIN.

In case of sales outside SPAIN, local taxes and/or customs charges are not included in the price and are always the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

Shipments are made by transport agency or Correos after 48/72H of receiving payment for the order.

The usual delivery time is between 24H and 72H (Spain-Peninsula).

Payment Methods

Payments by bank transfer or PayPal are accepted.

In any case, indicate the order number as the payment concept.

Guarantee

All products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the invoice date.

This guarantee will be voided by improper use, alteration of the characteristics of the product or manipulation by personnel not authorized by KL73. Transport to and from our laboratory is the responsibility of the customer. The guarantee covers the repair or replacement of the product, but not the transport.

If the product fails during the first 10 days, the shipping costs will be borne by KL73, provided that the shipment is made through the system that we indicate.

Shipments with postage due will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges

To make any change, the customer has a period of 10 days from receipt of the order to return the product with the invoice and its original packaging and in perfect condition, with the costs being borne by the customer. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days.

Returns of products that are unsealed or products in poor condition will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the returned product is in poor condition or incomplete, KL73 reserves the right to reduce the price of the product or not accept the product.
